Our mission is to develop innovative wildlife and predator management solutions to support our clients in reaching their goals for safety, environmental compliance, habitat restoration, and the recovery of listed species.
Who We Are
Wildlife Innovations, Inc. is a biological consulting firm that specializes in wildlife and predator management to support the recovery of threatened and endangered species, promote habitat restoration/maintenance, and reduce human/wildlife conflict. We have extensive experience working on city, state, and federal lands, including in areas requiring a higher level of operational awareness, such as on military installations, busy construction sites, and airports. Wildlife Innovations is certified by the State of California as a Small Business and Micro Business and by the City of San Diego as a SLBE. Our skilled biologists are certified and permitted to employ a variety of techniques to mitigate wildlife conflicts, including deterrence and exclusionary devices, trapping, translocation, and the safe and discrete utilization of lethal and nonlethal techniques in both urban and rural environments.

At Wildlife Innovations, we believe that understanding predator-prey relationships within the local system is paramount to the design and implementation of an effective predator management program, as is understanding potential stressors to those relationships imposed by human modifications to the landscape. By utilizing a variety of both physical and digital surveillance techniques, we can accurately evaluate wildlife roles and target specific high-risk individuals for management, providing higher quality protection for focal species and humans. We emphasize the design and implementation of innovative strategies that prioritize non-lethal management of native predators when possible, benefiting the long-term health of the local ecosystem while providing effective management solutions to our clients.
We work tirelessly to provide superior service to both our clients and the species we are hired to protect. As a part of that superior service, we are proud to be available to our clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our dedicated and skilled biologists are committed to maximizing the success of conservation objectives while ensuring that our clients’ ongoing construction and military training efforts are left unimpeded and parklands can be enjoyed by both current and future generations.
